At Hermit Woods, our food philosophy pairs naturally with our wine philosophy. We believe in letting nature shine with minimal intervention. That means bringing together the widest variety of the freshest possible, highest-quality, locally sourced ingredients and assembling them with care and attention.
Farm-to-table for us isn’t just about proximity — it’s about relationship. We know the farms behind the food and the faces behind the farms. When nature delivers a bonanza harvest of strawberries, you might find them showing up in unexpected places on the menu — and sometimes in a glass as well.
Our kitchen is led day-to-day by a dedicated cook who prepares thoughtful, seasonal dishes that complement our wines, meads, and ciders.
In the winter, we serve lunch five days a week (Thursday – Monday) and dinner on show nights and Saturdays. In addition to our wine and local craft beer, we now serve cocktails. From Memorial Day through Columbus Day, lunch is served seven days a week.
Please note that listed prices do not include 8.5% NH Rooms and Meals Tax.
Using locally sourced ingredients is part of our commitment to the community, our customers’ palates, and the well-being of the planet. Here are just some of the farmers and artisans in our neck of the woods that provide the food for your table.
