Our fellow locavores, the bees, create the honey. We ferment it, age it, infuse it with fruit and flowers and turn it into balanced honey wines with complex flavors and aromas.

A surprisingly complex melomel, composed simply of blackberries and local wildflower honey. Complex briar patch aromas, with hints of pinecone and hay as if standing in the berry patch harvesting. 2020 Flower Power
$19.95
375 ml Bottle
Three separate, raw, unfiltered, wildflower honeys are blended to make this wine. The wine was then split into separate containers and fresh-picked local wildflowers were submerged in the wine for a few months: elderflowers, and dandelion flowers. These flower-infused meads were then combined and aged in a small French oak barrel for many months. Unfiltered.
