Our food philosophy pairs with our wine philosophy. We believe in letting nature shine with minimal intervention. That means bringing together the widest variety of the freshest possible, highest quality, locally sourced ingredients and assembling them with love and attention.

We are proud to partner with Kalon Sweet of Sweet Mercy to make this happen every day in the Kitchen at Hermit Woods.

For Kaylon, farm-to-table isn’t just local. It’s personal. He knows the farms behind the foods and the faces behind the farms. Being Kaylon, he also knows how to have fun with it. When nature throws us a bonanza harvest of strawberries, you might find them in unexpected places on the menu, not to mention our wine.
