For us, farm-to-table isn’t just local. It’s personal. We know the farms behind the foods, and the faces behind the farms. Being Hermit Woods, we also know how to have fun with it. When nature throws us a bonanza harvest of strawberries, you might find them in unexpected places on the menu.
