About David Picarillo
Dave has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. While in college, Dave was an assistant manager in a small restaurant in Fitchburg, MA. After six years in consulting, Dave joined an internet startup in 2001 and was a managing director in the company. Dave then spent the next 16 years working in the food and beverage industry, managing large staffs with P&L responsibility. Finally, Dave has
been a homebrewer for over 25 years, has attended the American Brewers Guild seminars on brewery operations and startup.

About Bruce Walton
Bruce has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Bruce has participated in the early stages of four different companies, the first three of which were successfully sold to larger organizations, and he currently works for the fourth. He spent decades advising companies on the manufacture and distribution of consumer and retail products, plus the procurement of goods and services, including raw materials and foodstuffs. He has managed large and small organizations and is looking forward to applying that experience to managing Twin Barns Brewing. He has been brewing his own beer since 1994.
