Two old time favorite fruits used for making wine in many different forms, such as Perry, hard cider, and apple jack. We combine fruit from our own and our friend’s trees and ferment them together with enough added sugar for a final alcohol of 12%. Some of these pears are from old Canterbury Village stock. A delightful and delicate wine, great chilled on its own or enjoyed alongside steamed asparagus or mild rice dishes.
