A melomel (fruit+honey wine) made from all local, all organic, honey, elderberry, blackberries, and choke cherries. All are handled as whole fruit and fermented over a long period of time at very low temperatures to capture all the fruit nuances. This off sweet, higher alcohol wine is a great dessert treat.
