Lewis is the winemaker, Vineyard Manager, Salesman, and chief bottle washer at Sweet Baby Vineyard. In addition to his own business, he is the three-term President of the New Hampshire Winery Association after being a two-term Treasurer, sits on a senate subcommittee, a House subcommittee, a father of four children and husband to his wife Stacey who is a special ed administrator for five local elementary schools.  Growing up in NH on the seacoast, at the edge of an expiring family apple orchard, Lewis always dreamed of making his land work for him as his grandfather had done and living a life of fulfillment through hard work. He worked for over 17 years building superstructures and heavy highway construction projects all over New England, during which time he also returned to college to earn a degree in business (Strategy and Leadership) preceded by an education in Music and Art. A love of wine and a desire to start his own business paved the way for a major career change.  Sweet Baby Vineyard was born in 2008 in a tiny garage with a goal of 200 cases per year.  The first-year goal was blown away to a total of 750 cases.  Now at a 5000 case per year production, utilizing around 90% NH Grown fruit, Sweet Baby is in 120+ stores in the state with an ever-expanding vineyard located in Hampstead, NH specializing in fruit, fortified, sparkling and still wines.
