As our deli is new and evolving daily and we learn from our guests what they enjoy, our menu will be changing often and may not always be what is depicted here. The following is intended only as an example of some of the many things we will be exploring in the weeks and months to come.
Cheese and Charcuterie Slates
Featuring select New Hampshire and Vermont meats and cheeses including prosciutto, pancetta, soppressata, brie, cheddars, mascarpone, blue cheese, lavash Brewfest crackers, rosemary crackers, balsamic fig chutney, sour cherry and spiced wine spread, more.
Cheese and Salami Plates
Locally made pumpernickel or rye bread from the Bread Peddler, local Ruth’s Chunky Garlic mustard, Wozz’s Triple Ale Onion spread, and Vermont cheddar cheese. You can also add prosciutto, pancetta, or soppressata if you like.

We offer a wide selection of New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and New York cheeses, meats, pates, chutneys, sauces, jams and jellies, crackers, etc.
Select Wines By the Glass
Choose from 8 or 10 of our most popular wines by the glass, half carafe, or carafe to be enjoyed inside or on our deck. All Hermit Woods Wines are available by the bottle (served in a carafe).
We currently have two taps will be rotating regularly with locally crafted beer from small New Hampshire breweries. The following are just a few of the many fine breweries we will be working with:
