This year, Hermit Woods is excited to announce the release of four new ciders.

Hermit’s Hard Apple Cider          $12.95 (750 ml) Club Price $10.36

This old-world dry cider is crafted from French and English heirloom apples, quince, and crabapples.  As crafted by our very own hermit in the 1800s, enjoy this clean, crisp, beautifully balanced cider while contemplating the world on a stump in the woods or elsewhere.  To support kittens (and dogs), 5% of every sale go to the Humane Society.

Hermit’s Hard Blueberry Apple Cider          $12.95 (750 ml) Club Price $10.36

This old-world dry cider is crafted from French and English heirloom apples, quince, and crabapples blended with our Petite Blue wine.  “This beautifully balanced dry apple cider attracts bears, porcupines, skunks and visitors who won’t leave, will be removed for a minor fee.” The Hermit

Hermit’s Hard Apple Cider Reserve   $13.95 (750 ml) Club Price $11.16 This old-world dry cider is crafted from French and English heirloom apples, quince, and crabapples and aged in French Oak for six months.  “I reserve the right to send some customers away. Ok, yes, I do that primarily by raising the price, I’m not a confrontational guy. Still I think you self selected good people will find this barrel-aged blend of heirloom sharps not only nice but worthy.” The Hermit
